How to run your day, screen by screen

Written for someone opening this for the first time. Every section names the buttons as they appear on screen. Last updated September 16, 2026.

Start here

First Call tells you who to call today, what to say, and what to do after the call.

Your whole book lives in here with renewal dates, experience mod data, contacts, and every call you have logged. The tool reads all of it each morning and hands you a short ranked list instead of a spreadsheet.

A normal day is: open Today, work the queue from the top, log each call in one tap, and stop when the queue is empty.

Every page has a "How this works" button in the left menu on a computer and in the dark header on a smaller screen. It opens the part of this guide that covers the page you are on, so you never have to come here and scroll.

  1. 1Open Settings and fill in your name, email, phone, and booking link. These sign your emails and appear in generated scripts.
  2. 2Still in Settings, save your home base ZIP. Until you do, the territory filters stay switched off.
  3. 3Check Import your book if your accounts are not in yet.
  4. 4Go to Today and open the first account in the queue.

Nothing sends by itself. Emails and texts are drafted and queued for you to review, never fired automatically.

Your day

The short version, for the mornings when you do not want to read anything.

  1. 1Open Today. Read the line at the top, it points at the single best call right now.
  2. 2Tap the first account. It opens in place, you do not lose the queue.
  3. 3Read Talking points: why this account, what their current agent is probably missing, and an opener.
  4. 4Make the call.
  5. 5Switch to the Log tab, pick the contact, tap the outcome, add a note if you have one, and save. A follow up date is filled in for you.
  6. 6Tap Done. The account drops out of the queue and Day so far ticks up.
  7. 7Repeat until the queue is clear.

If a call has to wait, tap Skip instead of Done. Skipped accounts come back tomorrow, done accounts do not.

Today

The home screen. A ranked call queue plus a running count of what you have already done.

  • The queue: your highest scoring accounts for today, in order. Accounts you add yourself are marked Added by you and sit alongside the ranked ones.
  • The coach line at the top names the top account and the reason to pick up the phone.
  • Day so far: calls logged, conversations, and appointments set since midnight.
  • Search in the left menu on a computer, or the dark header on a smaller screen, finds any account in the book by name and jumps straight to it.
  • Add to today lives on the account card, so an account you found in Pipeline or Mod leads can be pulled into the queue.

Done and Skip are both remembered per day, so closing the tab or switching phones does not reset your progress.

The account card

Everything known about one company, arranged around the moment you call them.

The header carries the company name, trade, and the badges: renewal window, relationship temperature, where they sit in the buying psychology, and their conflict scrub status. County and drive distance show once your home ZIP is saved.

  • Talking points tab: why call today, the risk signals behind that, what the incumbent agent is likely not doing, the services worth naming, an opener, and the objections you have already heard from this account.
  • Log tab: contact picker, the outcome buttons, a note field, and a pre filled follow up date. One tap is a complete log.
  • Contacts: add people, set titles, edit phone and email. Contacts found by AI research are labelled unverified until you confirm them.
  • Enrich with AI appears when an account has no real contacts. It researches public sources, shows candidates with links, and only saves what you accept.
  • Details are editable in place: renewal date, carrier, experience mod, phase, priority.
  • Actions: generate an email you can edit and copy into Salesforce or Outlook, book an appointment, or add the account to today.

Notes you type on a call are read for objections. Those objections come back the next time you open the card.

Pipeline

The whole book, three ways.

  • Accounts: every company, ranked, fifty at a time, with filters for renewal window, temperature, phase, trade, and a search box.
  • By phase: a left to right flow from untouched through to won, so you can see where the book is stuck.
  • Blindspot map: your accounts grouped by trade with the line you can use on every roofer, every plumber, and so on. Useful for a block of calls in one trade.

You can add a company by hand here if one is missing from the import.

Mod leads

The state bureau data: every employer with a published experience mod, and the assigned risk plan.

This is prospecting rather than your book. It refreshes on a weekly schedule. The Data card at the top shows the last refresh; it starts collapsed and opens when you click it.

  • Contractors only hides office and clerical class codes so you are looking at real contractors.
  • Inside my territory limits the table to employers within your radius. It needs a home ZIP saved in Settings.
  • The Assigned risk tab is the plan population, the accounts most likely to move.
  • Segments and search narrow by class code group or name, and the column picker controls what the wide table shows.
  • Promising rows get pushed onto your call list rather than copied by hand.

Glossary

Every number in the app with the exact rule behind it.

Wherever you see a small info circle next to a number, tapping it gives the short version and a link into the full entry. Nothing here is a black box, and nothing in the scoring is guessed by AI.

Your Teams

Scores and standings for the teams you follow.

Pick your teams in Settings. The page then shows a card per team for the live or next game, and league standings you can expand one at a time. Standings are grouped by division, best record first, and each team card says where the team sits in its own division. It is small talk material, deliberately kept out of the way of the call work.

Scores and standings come from a live league feed and refresh on their own every few minutes while the page is open, and again when you come back to the tab. If one league does not answer, the card says so and a Try again button appears, and the other leagues still show.

Settings

Who you are, where you sell, and how the book gets loaded.

  • Your details: name, agency, title, email, phone, website, booking link, Salesforce link, and how you sell. The sales style shapes the tone of generated scripts and emails.
  • Notifications: the daily briefing time, appointment reminder lead times, and where messages go.
  • Territory: home base ZIP and radius. Saving it tags every account with a county and a drive distance and switches on the territory filters.
  • Morning delivery: the queue of briefing and reminder messages waiting to go out.
  • Conflict scrub: export the list to send for a conflict check, then record each result so cleared accounts are the only ones you work.
  • What you bring: your service catalog. Edit, reorder, or reset it. These are the services the talking points draw from.
  • Import your book: upload a CSV from Salesforce, matched to existing accounts by company name.

Where the data comes from

What runs on its own and what waits for you.

  • Your accounts come from the Salesforce CSV import plus anything you add by hand.
  • Experience mod and assigned risk plan data refresh from the state bureau on a weekly job, and match onto your accounts automatically where the employer name lines up.
  • A morning briefing email goes out on a daily schedule with your top leads.
  • Appointment reminders and cadence emails are drafted and queued. You review and send them.

Text message sending is not connected yet. Those reminders queue and appear in the app instead.

If something looks missing

The usual causes, in the order they come up.

  • Territory filters do nothing: no home ZIP saved. Save one in Settings and every account gets tagged.
  • Conflict scrub shows all zeros: no results recorded yet. Export the list, then record the answers as they come back.
  • Morning delivery is empty: nothing has been queued yet today.
  • An account shows no renewal date: it was not in the import. Add it on the account card and the account starts scoring properly.
  • A contact is marked unverified: it came from AI research. Confirm it on the card once you have spoken to them.
  • Adding the app to your phone home screen only works on the published link opened directly in the phone browser, not inside a preview.
